Help & FAQ
What is ICPulse?
ICPulse is a real-time dashboard for the Internet Computer economy. It tracks ICP emission, token distribution, transfer flows, and governance influence in one place. The goal is to make on-chain activity easy to read without running your own queries.
What is Governance Influence?
Governance Influence estimates the follower voting power of known NNS neurons by measuring observed tally deltas after proposals settle. A higher number means a neuron's vote appears to sway more follower stake. See the methodology page for how the estimate is computed.
Why is the influence table empty or marked provisional?
Influence measurements require quiet windows after a proposal decision, when follower ballots have settled. With fewer than 10 observations the result is shown but labeled provisional with a SAMPLE chip indicating n, until enough clean measurements accumulate. More decisions over time improve confidence. See the methodology page for details.
What do the exchange badges mean?
A filled dot () means the exchange wallet was verified via controlled transfers. A hollow dot () means the attribution was inferred from pattern analysis rather than a direct test. Both are explained on the exchanges page.
Where does the data come from?
Data comes from official Internet Computer APIs for the ledger and governance, plus our own indexer that samples every minute. No third-party data providers are used.
Is this financial advice?
No. ICPulse is informational only and nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Always do your own research.
What is the Proposer Directory?
The Proposer Directory shows who submits proposals, their acceptance rates, and the topics they cover — data since 2026-07-03.
What does the Holder Concentration card show?
The Holder Concentration card shows the share of supply held by top accounts. Accounts are not the same as entities — one entity may control several accounts.
